We've been just too busy to blog!

Even after all the depressing financial stuff in the news, we've been swamped with christmas orders! Two gorgeous snowmen went to spread Christmas cheer in Ireland, see pictures for our comedy photoshoot with Liz and Sally's little girls!

After a shaky start when seeing the snowman for the first time, they were soon hugging him, perhaps it helped that Sally's husband Hugh was wearing it ;0

Aliens Love Underpants

Hello Everyone,

If you have children you may have heard of a book called Aliens love Underpants by Claire Freedman, this is a hilarious tale of what happens to your underpants when aliens come to visit. the story is told in rhyme to appeal to the very young and their parents. Its a fabulous book, bright colourful and funny.

We made one of the aliens from the book into a costume for a promotional event at the Bath Festival of Children's Literature
It looks like he went down well with the kids.

Cadbury's Gorilla

Hello Everyone

All is well at Prom otional props and costumes we are still very busy, so many costumes going on at the moment I'm not sure which ones to talk about!! At the moment Liz is working on some new designs, Jema is working on a cockroach costume and Lee is getting cross which an extra large chicken drumstick costume.

Have you seen the Cadbury dairy milk advert with the drumming gorilla? Well not so long ago we got a call from a company called Imagine Experiential in Dublin, they wanted a replica gorilla costume for a promotional event for cadburys and they wanted it in a very short amount of time! But we made it and I think we did a splendid job take a look:

Litter Costumes

Hello People

Been very very busy the past couple of weeks the orders are coming in thick and fast which is great!!

Liz, Lee and Jemma are working on a six foot life like mosquito costume its quite frightening!! this is for the malaria awareness week in London.

We have also been busy working on some litter costumes for Hackney Council for their Big Tidy Up event in September. We have made lots of litter costumes in the past, take a look:

There great aren't they!! I think they get the message across too.

Here are some more litter costumes we made for Kent council for their Love Food Hate Waste campaign.

Skeleton Puppet for the Mika World Tour

Hello Everyone

Just to carry on with the name dropping of famous people, we made a skeleton puppet for Mika.
This was for his European tour around Christmas time last year, we got free tickets to his concert in Birmingham, it was a very impressive show our puppet looked fabulous, a thoroughly good time was had by all.

The skeleton puppet was 6 foot tall, it was made for one person to stand in like the carnival at Rio Dejanerio puppets, we only had a week to make this so we had a week of late nights and takeaways at the workshop, was worth it to see the finished product! We are very proud of this puppet, take a look at our pictures and also have a look at the You Tube website for the Milka
concert.

We will end with Lee's thought of the week : Two is one and one is none!!

Cuddley Toilets for Wateraid at Glastonbury

We made some cuddly toilets for Wateraid which they took along to the Glastonbury festival to raise awarness for their charity, we think it worked very well as we got these pictures above back. My favourite is the lovely Will Young!!
